Here, we present the comprehensive electronic shopping system on our website to offer you a relaxed, convenient, easy, yet secure shopping experience than ever before. Essentially, there are four main areas in Aurolab Electronic Shopping.
Registration: The Registration program is to know more about you. If you are a New User of this system, you can register yourself either from the homepage, by clicking on ‘Registration’ or at the last stage in the E-Quote process. After the registration form is submitted, Login ID and Password are created for you in 1-2 days of time. With your Login Id and Password, you will have full access to our E-Shop where you can shop and pay online.
e-quote: The e-quote program allows you to request for quotation for the products that you are interested in purchasing. This is especially useful for new user who will have full access to complete information about our products (as much as available in shopping cart, which needs a LOGIN and password to access). After choosing the products, you may have to fill up the Registration form and submit. Based on the registration details only, we will be able to provide you Login ID and Password and quote for the products that you selected. If you are a registered user, you can sign in with your ID and password, after choosing the products. E-Quote can be used by existing users to request for quote in case of bulk purchases.
Shopping Cart: Shopping cart is where you purchase the products that you want to and pay for them. This program displays all Aurolab’s products, a brief description about every product and its price. Once you have selected the products you wish to purchase, a summary page is displayed, showing unit price, quantity, the price for the number of units you have ordered, applicable taxes, and shipping information. After submitting your order, you can choose to pay by any one of the three payment options including the option of payment by credit card. Your credit card details travel through a secure SSL mode with a 128-bit encryption. Another important feature is that if your connectivity is broken in the middle of placing orders, our website can retrieve the products that were added to the final ‘cart’, but, not purchased.
Track Orders: Once you have created your account and placed one (or more) orders with Aurolab, the “Track Orders” program allows you to access the tracking information for these orders electronically using information from both Aurolab and from the shipper. Currently the shipping information is available only for orders shipped by DHL. We hope this new service will be useful to many of our customers.
